we hosted a little superbowl get together and had the best time. i am not really into watching sports on tv but it was fun to introduce husband to some friends and eat way too much food. after having lunch at mad greens in denver last week, husband had the idea to do a salad bar. it was a great idea, except that there were way too many other yummy snacks to try! i love how happy food makes us :) seriously though, the other day we were arguing about who knows what and then started talking about food and it totally changed our mood!
on the menu: ham + cheese sliders // pulled pork sliders // salad bar (ceasar: romaine, bacon, parmesan, croutons, homemade ceasar dressing. basic: mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, almonds, feta, homemade red wine vinaigrette.) // 7 layer dip + tortilla chips // raspberry + mint limeade
